Getting Started!
Call us at (913) 402-0403 to get your child enrolled for lessons!
Group
Lessons:
We have a 5:1 student-teacher ratio in lower level classes, 6:1 in more advanced classes. Each class is 30 minutes and classes are held Monday-Saturday.
Private
Lessons:
These lessons work wonders! They are tailored to the age, ability, and personality of each individual.
These lessons are especially beneficial if your swimmer has a fear of the water or if you want to see
significant improvement in a short amount of time. There is one student per session. Each class is 30
minutes. We hold classes on Monday-Saturday.
Registration:
How do I know what level to register for?
If you are currently swimming with us, your instructor will tell you when your child is ready to progress
to the next level. When this happens, check with the front desk for a spot during current lesson times.
Families who have swam with us and not currently swimming with us, should register for the level that was
last recommended to them.
For new families, Midwest Aquatics Swim & Scuba Center requires a brief but detailed
conversation with the front desk about your child’s current swimming ability for all new students entering
the program. Refer to the chart above as a basis to your child's ability.
Refunds:
Tuition is non-refundable. Please understand that teachers are
booked and paid according to what you schedule; therefore, refunds
cannot be given.
Make-ups:
There are no make-ups for missed lessons. There are no refunds
or credits for missed lessons. A computer credit will be issued toward future
lessons for serious medical illness with a written doctor's note.
Please do your best to attend your scheduled lessons.
What if I'm the only one in my class?
We reserve the right to cancel any class with an enrollment of
only one student.
Where do I buy swim apparel & accessories?
Our retail store located at the entrance of the pool. Here you will find the equipment we use in our
lessons which is great for practicing at home and on vacation.
