All of our instructors at Midwest Aquatics Swim & Scuba Center must meet the following criteria before teaching a class:

Red Cross Water Safety Instructors
First Aid, CPR, Oxygen Provider and Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training

Our instructors are the keystones of the school. Besides having the above safety skills, they receive extensive training beyond what they receive in the instructor program for swimming. Instructors are chosen for their enthusiasm, maturity level, experience with children, and swimming interest. Instructors are rewarded for excellence in teaching. The input received from your teacher evaluations is used to reward instructor performance. Please take time each session to complete a teacher evaluation. Your comments and ideas are very important to improving our program.
