Blast calories, increase flexibility, improve cardiovascular endurance, strengthen and tone muscle, all while staying cool in the pool! Your body stays cooler because the water temperature is lower than your body temperature, and working against the resistance of the water will allow you to work at a high intensity with a lower heart rate. Not only that, water exercise is easy on your joints.
Certified Midwest Aquatic Aerobic Instructors will have you splashing your way to fitness from your very first class. You'll be using the natural resistance of the water to improve your fitness level. The classes are designed for all ages, body types and workout goals. You get to decide how hard of a fitness workout you want when you come to class. We hope to see you splashing with us soon.

Tuesday and Thursday 6:00 am and 6:30 pm
Saturday at 7:30 am
NEW CLASS ** Starting August 4th
Monday and Wednesday 3:00-3:45pm
$100 for 10 weeks. All classes are 45 minutes long.
Come to as many classes as you wish!
Adult Swimming Lessons
Shallow end classes and deep end classes are available. We teach basic fundamentals of swimming and water safety. The deep end classes are for people with some swim skills that want to improve technique and endurance. Please call the store for availability.
