Midwest Aquatics announces “Refer A Customer Program”

Earn 10% just by referring a new customer to Midwest Aquatics. Here is how the program works: Refer us a new customer and we will give you a store credit equal to 10% of the new customers first purchase for use on instruction or equipment. Or if you want to use your credit for travel the credit will be 5% of the purchase amount.

For example the typical new diver spends about $850.00 to get started so if that diver is your referral, you will have a $85.00 store credit to spend. This program does not have an expiration nor is there a limit to the number of new customers that you can refer to us.

Gavin Micah Duffin

Darin and Cari would like to let everyone know that Gavin Micah Duffin came into the world on October 19th. He is a happy, healthy diver in training weighing in at 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

You have heard the tales of the awesome experience that Darin & Cari had in April, now we are returning in 2007 and you get to join us!!! We will journey 250 miles south of Los Cabos into the eastern Pacific Ocean to visit the Socorro Islands to dance with Giant Manta Rays, play with Dolphins and experience seven different species of sharks including the majestic Hammerheads. During this time of year the Humpback Whales are migrating through the Socorro Islands region to breed and calve. The occasional experience with a whale is thrill like nothing you’ve ever experienced.

Commonly referred to as the Socorro Islands, the Revillagigedos Islands consist of 4 islands – San Benedicto, Socorro, Roca Partida and Clarion. They are wild, remote and unpredictable and have been called the Mexican Galapagos. This area is famous for up close and personal encounters with the Giant Pacific manta ray, which can grow to 22 feet from wingtip to wingtip.

We will be traveling aboard the 112 ft luxury live-aboard Solmar V. We depart from Cabo San Lucas, Mexico - well within range of the most exciting diving in the Soccoro Islands. The Solmar V travels with a crew of 10 and a maximum of 22 divers. Each mahogany-detailed stateroom features air conditioning with individual controls, a private head, sink and shower and a TV/Video for your enjoyment. The dive deck is very spacious and designed for flow and ease of use, even with a full load. Our custom-built, double swim step gets rave reviews from all our guests, also user-friendly. The interior of the Solmar V is outfitted in brass, rich mahogany, granite table tops and is completely carpeted. The salon comfortably seats all of the guests and offers a large-screen HDTV, VCR, DVD player and stereo system. Nitrox will be available.

As of 12/31/2007 Passport required from all destinations

Please be aware that if you are planning on getting a passport for the first time or renewing a passport that the processing time is longer than normal so start early.
