ADVANCED OPEN WATER

You are diving off a beautiful clear wall in Palau and you find that you are much deeper than you intended, being carried away from the dive site by the out going tide. Or, its Spring Break and you and you buddy decide that it is way past time to get out of “Dodge” and get some sun and diving in. By the time you finally fly into your favorite “Banana Republic” it is getting dark. It’s been months since you were last in and it sure would be nice to grab your dive equipment and jump in but the sun is going down and you and your buddy have never done a night dive.

Specialty training designed to introduce certified divers to a whole new world of diving opportunities. Under the guidance of a Midwest Aquatics instructor you will learn new skills and techniques associated with the specialty that you are taking and thereby gain more comfort and confidence. You will also learn to use an expanded range of equipment helping to make your dives more worthwhile. In the process your will improve your own safety as well as your ability to care for your buddy.

The Advanced Open Water course can be taken as a package of 4 courses or 1 specialty at a time. Check out the calendar on the website or come in and sign-up to join us October 10-11, 2007

As of 12/31/05: Passport will be required for return from Caribbean, Central & South America
As of 12/31/2006: Passport required to return from Mexico and Canada
As of 12/31/2007 Passport required from all destinations

Please be aware that if you are planning on getting a passport for the first time or renewing a passport that the processing time is longer than normal so start early.
