Scuba News Flash
USS OriskanyJust returned: The News is in – the Belize trip was wonderful!

Great diving, relaxing pace, comfortable accomodations, and good company made for a perfect week spent in Paradise. Although all of the diving around Turneffe Atohl is very good, one of the highlights of the trip was diving the famous “Blue Hole”. This famous World Heritage Site is located 54 miles off the coast of Belize. Over 1,000 feet in circumference and over 400 feet deep, it is one of the most unique places in the world!

For the Blue Hole, we dove our deepest dive of the trip.  On the way back to the surface, we were joined by a large school of shark, making it one of the more exciting dives.  The coral was extensive and beautiful.  This is definitely a trip you should try to go on next year!

Featured Trip
CozumelAre your gills about to dry up?
It is time to start planning your next Table Rock Lake Houseboat Trip.

Themed Trips!!! NEW this year we will have a special theme for each trip. The April trip will be our “EARTH DAY” trip, which is April 22-24, 2005

Pure water is essential for all life on Earth. The Earth is 70% water, as are our bodies. We can last for about 2-3 weeks without food, but we would be dead within 3 days without water. What we do to our water, we do to ourselves. Humans are increasingly putting this essential resource in serious danger. We poison our ground and surface water.

Join us for our first Houseboat Trip of the 2005 season and help us take care of our enviromment and HAVE FUN! We will be conducting a Clean up dive at some of the popular swim areas on the lake. Swimmers, scuba divers and houseboaters are all welcome to help out. We will be collecting all of the trash that people have dumped into Table Rock Lake and sending to a waste facility for proper disposal. Prizes will be given for lots of fun categories like ugliest trash, oldest trash, most trash collected and others.
