Services Offered

Deep Tissue Massage
Releases chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas.

Ear Candling
A hollow-waxed cloth candle safely cleanses the ear of excessive wax, water or toxin build-up. Removal helps with colds, allergies and sinuses.

Paraffin Treatment
Soothing relief from muscle tension. Moisturizes dry hands and feet.

Prenatal Massage
Massage helps reduce pregnancy discomforts and enhances the physiological and emotional well-being of both mother and fetus.

Reflexology Treatment
Research indicates that the reflex zones of the feet affect the levels of stress, wellness and energy in the body. This treatment includes a therapeutic foot bath, a complete reflexology treatment and a nourishing paraffin dip for the feet.

Stone Massage
Heated Basalt stones are used to enhance relaxation during a full body massage. Stones radiating heat penetrate deep into muscles promoting greater stress relief and encouraging the exchange of blood and lymph. Cold stones may also be used to help with inflammation.

Swedish Massage
The most common type of massage. Designed to energize the body by stimulating circulation, improve range of motion, promote relaxation and relieve muscle tension.

Chair Massage
15—30 minutes
